Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani has released / launched the application form for the BITSAT exam 2026 along with the BITSAT exam date 2026. Mode of Application:
Applications have been started online, and students should fill out the application only through the BITS Pilani official platform, avoiding any kind of fraudulent portals or misleading information.
BITSAT EXAM PATTERN:
The pattern is the same as every year. There will be 130 MCQs with a time of 3 hrs. You will be rewarded +3 for each question and -1 for each wrong question with a bonus of 12 extra questions. The number of questions divided into different subjects is:
Physics (30), Chemistry (30), Maths / Bio (40), English (10), Logical Reasoning (20)
BITSAT 2026 Exam Sessions:
BITSAT 2026, as expected, like every year, will be held in two separate sessions, giving students the flexibility to improve scores in the second session.
The BITSAT exam date and time officially released are:
- Session 1:
15th April 2026 to 17th April 2026
- Session 2:
24th May 2026 to 26th May 2026
Each day of the BITSAT exam 2026 is divided into two shifts.

Application Deadline:
- The last date to apply for Session 1 or both sessions is 16th March 2026 up to 5pm.
Late application is strictly not allowed under any condition. If anyone misses then he can waste a whole year.
Who is eligible for BITSAT 2026?
- Students who have either passed class 12 in 2025 or will be appearing for class 12 exams in 2026 are eligible to give the exam.
- The minimum percentage required in Chemistry, Physics, and Maths / Biology is 75%, and the minimum percentage required in individual subjects is 60%.
