For Shreyas, this was more than joining a course — it was stepping onto the path that would ultimately lead him to perfection: a historic 100 percentile in JEE Main.
His Perfect Strategy to Excellence
His success was not accidental — it was built on discipline, clarity, and relentless practice.
Every single day, he revised everything he studied and carefully analysed what was taught in class. His routine included solving a wide range of problems and dedicating 8–10 focused hours of study while efficiently balancing school and coaching.
But the real game-changer? Mock tests.
He firmly believes that mock tests are the key to success. Taking one or two mock tests regularly played a crucial role in his journey. Mock Tests sharpened his speed, accuracy, and exam temperament.
More importantly, he made it a habit to thoroughly review every question and answer — understanding mistakes, refining concepts, and strengthening weak areas.
Revision remained his strongest pillar. And with every test he took, his confidence soared higher.
Consistent revision. Rigorous practice. Smart analysis.
That’s the strategy behind his excellence.
Preparation Strategy
In Physics, I strictly followed the standard classroom approach and ensured that I thoroughly understood whatever was taught in class. I consistently solved all the illustrations and assignments provided by VMC, which strengthened my conceptual clarity.
For Chemistry, my faculty strongly emphasized focusing on NCERT, and that made a significant difference. Along with NCERT, the VMC Chemistry Exemplar proved to be extremely helpful.
In Mathematics, I dedicated extensive time to problem-solving practice. Regular and rigorous practice helped me build speed, accuracy, and confidence.
Above all, consistency was the key to my preparation.
