Jee Main Eligibility Criteria 2023

There is no age limit for the candidates to take part in JEE (Main) 2022. No matter their age, applicants who have passed the class 12 or equivalent examination in 2020, 2021, or are appearing in 2022 may take part in the iit jee mains. Candidates also need to pass the 10+2 higher secondary exam, conducted by any recognized Central or State Board, etc.

On the other hand, iit jee chemistry subjects will include topics like Organic chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, and Physical chemistry.

JEE Main course 2023

The JEE Main Result gets released two times in a year for its two sessions. This result includes the qualifying cutoffs, admission cutoffs, and Rank list of the candidates. A total of 8.7 lakh students was registered for the JEE Main 2022 exam, however, only 7.69 lakh students had appeared for the test.

For JEE Advanced 2022 Exams, the last date for application form was 8 th of August 2022, the last date of Registration was 11 th of August 2022, and last date for application fee submission was 12 th August 2022. The JEE Advanced admit card release date was 23 rd to 28 th of August 2022 and the exam date for JEE Advanced 2022 was 28 th August 2022.

JEE Advanced Syllabus 2023

The JEE Advanced Syllabus for 2022 comprise of three subjects i.e., Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics. Generally, there were two papers in the JEE Advanced exam i.e., Paper 1 and Paper 2. If we have a look at the last year’s syllabus for Paper 1, there was a slight change in it. For Physics, the chapters include Mechanics, Gravitation, Rotation, and Waves. For Mathematics, the chapters include Calculus, Integration, Trigonometry, and Geometry. For Chemistry, the chapters include Organic Chemistry, Atomic Structure, Chemical Bonding, S, p, d and, f-block elements.

For paper 2, from the examination point of view the overall difficulty level was moderate to tough. In Chemistry, many questions were asked from the class 12th syllabus.

JEE Advanced Eligibility Criteria 2023

For JEE Advanced 2022, students who are citizens of India, Persons of Indian Origin, Overseas Citizens of India and Foreign nationals are all eligible to appear. Also, candidates who were born on or after October 1 st 1997 are eligible to appear in the exam. The applicants of reserved categories are provided with an age relaxation of 5 years. So, candidates should have been born on or after 1 st October, 1992.

In order to be considered for JEE Advanced, aspirants should rank within the top 2, 50,000 (including all categories) of successful candidates in JEE Main. In the case of "tied" ranks or scores in any category, the total number of candidates may also exceed 2, 50,000.

JEE Advanced Mock Tests 2023
